Controller

Responsibilities include: Recording all sales and payables into QuickBooks; reconciling bank accounts; importing and/or manually inputting data into QuickBooks; reconciling accounts on a weekly basis; filing and paying monthly sales taxes; recording journal entries for inter-company transactions; supporting CEO & Co-Controller/Bookkeeper in all financial matters of the organization, including generation of ad hoc reports, requests, and financial analysis.

Requirements 

Minimum of two years bookkeeping experience. Minimum of two years QuickBooks experience. Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive. Highly knowledgeable with computers and scanners. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate succinctly and accurately

This is a full-time, in office position.

Applicants with fewer than two years bookkeeping experience will not be considered.
